Booking was straightforward and I got my ticket without any problems, so that part was fine. The annoying bit was the price changing near the end because of extra fees. It felt like they weren’t really upfront about the total cost, which was unnecessary. I’d much rather see the full price from the start. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating.

I’ve used eDreams a few times now, and while I’m still not exactly excited about booking through a third party, I have to admit the tickets have always been issued without any real hassle.
On my last trip I was nervous because it was a late booking, but the confirmation and e-ticket showed up quicker than I expected. I even checked directly with the airline just to be safe, and everything was there. So yeah, I can’t really complain.

"Got it sorted, but it took a while"
I had to change my flight, and it did all get handled in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would. The app was a little confusing to figure out, and support was slow to reply. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just feels like the whole process could be a lot smoother.

"Annoying start, but it worked out"
I had an issue with my booking, and I was irritated at first. I was already thinking, great, here we go, this is going to take forever. But support actually sorted it out way faster than I expected. Also, the refund update came through, which was the part I kept checking for. So yeah, not the smoothest beginning, but I ended up happy with how they handled it.

"Easy booking, but a bit disappointing overall"
I booked my flight through edreams and added extra baggage, plus picked seats for me and my partner. The process itself was simple and didn’t take much time, and I did appreciate that the prices were shown clearly before paying. I also got the confirmation email quickly, which was good. Still, I was a little disappointed because I expected the whole experience to feel a bit more reassuring and polished. It went smoothly enough, but not as great as I’d hoped

It does what it’s supposed to do, but i found it confusing to use. I had to keep going back and forth trying to figure things out, and by the end I felt mentally drained. It’s not bad, just not as straightforward as I hoped.

"Ended up costing more than I expected"
I booked a flight through eDreams because the price actually looked good at first. But later on, I noticed I’d been charged extra fees that I didn’t really understand. Maybe it was somewhere in the checkout, but it definitely wasn’t clear enough to me at the time. Customer support was also slow and didn’t help much. The ticket worked out fine in the end, but with the added charges, it actually didn’t feel like much of a deal.

I booked a flight through eDreams and overall it was a decent experience. The price I saw at the start was close to what I ended up paying, which I appreciated. There were a few extra add-ons that showed up during checkout, but they were easy enough to skip. It wasn’t perfect, but I didn’t run into any major surprise charges, so I’d say it was mostly straightforward.
